Making your own custom texture based on or inspired by the XBOX textures should be fine, legally speaking, and we encourage that route. To avoid any trouble, such textures would not be permissible in a project here. The original textures from the XBOX version are copyrighted material, thus we're not allowed to redistribute them without permission from the people who hold the rights to them. If you're going to use those as a base for editing and refining your own custom textures, that's fine, however, if you're just doing copy+paste, that's going to be an issue with regards to copyright.
